Loaded with lush guitars, instantly recognisable melodies and an unique voice, Angel at my Table´s fresh, beautifully modulated
powerpop sound differs from already existing tones and allowed the upcoming band to put their name on Luxembourg's map faster then any previous bands in a long time.

The concept of the group already rose during summer 2008, but lacking the desired front voice, it wasn't put into action till early 2009. It was then when Adriel (bass), Joe (drums) and Tom (guitar), three former members of Javies met 17 year old Joelle Gelhausen, the talented and goose-skin-provoking singer they were looking for. Despite her greenhorn-status she was rapidly able to persuade on the big stages.

After one long year of writing, creating and growing together, it was February 2010 when t (...) Mehr anzeigenheir first single ‘city romance’ was released and listeners got a taste of AAMT´s emotional song craft. This standout track with its catchy chorus hit the radio stations like a bomb and beset constantly the TOP 3 charts during 12 weeks. Dominating local radio airwaves, the young band is chasing from one interview to the next and their social network communities, such as myspace and facebook, keep growing.

Angel at my table released their debut EP 'city romance' - produced by Charles Stoltz - on April,10 2010 at sold-out, prestigious Melusina Club in Luxembourg City. With their tight knit chemistry and their powerfull sentimental songs the band is definitely an essential addition to any pop/rock lovers library.

During summer 2010 AAMT have been lucky enough to share stages with some of their favourite bands like Paramore, Deftones, Biffy Clyro, 30 seconds to mars, Good Charlotte, K’s Choice, The Prodigy, The Rasmus, Jennifer Rostock and many more. With every show their energetic performances earned them new fans and gave the band the opportunity to improve their live sound and stage presence. In October 2010 Robin (guitar) joined the four musicians, sharing the same concentrated passion for music.
