LEJANA

Lejana was founded in 2009 when Linda Blend was on vacation in Mexico.
She met Eder Perales (Guitar, Composing) and soon after she was back in Berlin they started making music via filesharing on the internet.
Within 2 years they produced a whole demo record, Perales in Mexico, Blend in Berlin, working with nothing more than a Macbook in her 10squaremeters apartment in kreuzberg.
It turned out so great that they decided to form a real band. Perales casted a bassplayer and a drummer and Blend gave up her german life and moved to Mexico with nothing more than a backpack... well.. and her macbook.
Since April 2011 Lejana plays live, starting in little bars they finished the year 2011 on one of the biggest festivals in Mexico as the support of the leading act.
The album is going to be released (...) Mehr anzeigenin April 2012.
Lejana is being played on the radio in Mexico and attends in several tv shows.
After touring Mexico, showcases in L.A. are planned and definitely a tour to europe is on the schedule. Looking for gigs as the supporting act for local, regional or national bands Lejana will be happy about every new friend, fan and supporter! Weniger anzeigen
