Matteo Trovato

Matteo Trovato, bass player, born 1965 in Sicily, is now living in Berlin, Germany.
In 1984 Matteo moved to Bologna where he began his career playing electric bass.
In this period he lived also in Milan. Since 1991, he began to tour full-time for the agency Barley Arts, introducing him to collaborations with many important Italian artists: The Gang, Gatto Panceri, Umberto Smaila, Raffaella Cavalli and Alan Sorrenti.
2000-2003 Matteo was living in the Canary Islands working for the agency “Romantic Corporate” of Mallorca.
Since 2003, in Italy again, he has played in different projects of popular and ethnic music and with Italian pop and recording studios.
His latest collaborations include: Alan Sorrenti “Figli delle stelle tour” (2007), Povia, for the agency RockConcerti.
