After originally being founded in 2013, the band experienced several line-up changes until finally being all set up in summer 2014. After a few weeks of songwriting some recordings were done and the first shows were played in early 2015.
Being influenced by Bands such as Van Halen, Bon Jovi, Aerosmith and Whitesnake, to name just a few, DIAMOND quickly developed their own style & sound based on their common love for 80's Hard Rock and AOR starting their journey with first steps all over Germany down to Switzerland.
In early 2016 the band started to work with Olaf Lenk, founder and guitarist of the power metal icon At Vance, as well as producer, songwriter and author for more than 25 years now. As a result DIAMOND released their first 5-piece-record ‘Bite on Diamond’ in summer. The EP c (...) Mehr anzeigenontains classic hard and melodic rock elemnts which display the first the first era of Diamond’s journey.
