Futile

Being thrown back and having to start again seems to be an integral part of the journey of FUTILE. Originally founded in 2006, this project went through various incarnations and had to face a lot of adversities to finally become what it is now: A band of four friends, closely connected musically and personally, who share a common vision and are willing to share it with the world.

Their new single ‘A New Beginning’ perfectly symbolizes both the strong relation and history that is shared between the band members and their momentum and drive to push forward. The energy surrounding this project can instantly be felt when listening to the new material and watching FUTILE playing live on stage.

To record this very special piece of music, the band teamed up with Producer Jan Kerscher and locked (...) Mehr anzeigen themselves in at ‘Ghost City Recordings’ for a few days in November 2016. The creative environment at this remote site in southern Germany provided the perfect vibe to capture a song that shows the different facets of FUTILE while at the same time embodies their new gained drive and energy.
It is a first glimpse at things to come and the many directions FUTILE will explore in the future.
