The Paper Sailors were founded by vocalist/guitarist Martin Rivers, who fascinated the Band with his folk influenced, unique dynamic-sound. Mixing Indie-Folk with elements of Blues and Classic-Rock, the Band took shape in summer 2016 as Rivers was joined by ingenious lead guitarist Phil Wetzel and soulful bassist Jens Kühnle.
