Jimmy B & The Nite Cruisers (studio project) presents a new mix between modern original country style music (recorded partly in Nashville- TN., with some of the most renowned country music session and touring musicians) and injected with heavier guitar and in some cases vocals- We like to call it „Heavy Country“ or „Country Fried Rock“- not your normal „Country or Southern Fried-Rock“. The project is a collaboration between 2 old California school mates named Jimmy Benavidez and Eddie St.James. The brainchild of the project is Mr. Jimmy B., and he is also responsible for the basic musical, lyric and melody of all the titles. The songs are demoed by Jimmy and then sent to Nashville for a properly recorded „country“ treatment and then handed over to Eddie St.James in Germany who then adds the HEAVY to the chosen tracks for this new experimental type of mixture between 2 very unlikely genre of music.
