The song „Solo Umani“ (only humans - it`s the title of our EP, including 5 Songs) revolves around the contrast between human desires and the reality of our existence. It tells of our longing to be more than we are. Amidst theatrical scenes, we try to create a „we“ to be human, to be significant, to be strong. And yet we sense that this greatness is often only a facade. The sky - usually a symbol of hope, divinity, and ideals - is questioned: What if it were no longer gray or blue? This question opens up space for doubt about exaggerated ideas of perfection, gods, and heroes. „Solo Umani“ is a quiet cry in a loud, over-staged world.
A song about the feeling of not being able to keep up with all the images of greatness, heroism, and perfection that surround us. Sometimes experiencing too much pressure prevents us from simply being human.
Human beings need space, safety, respect, empathy and love to fully blossom. The song invites us to see humanity not as weakness, but as truth: our true strength lies between doubt and longing. Not in striving for divinity, but in honestly accepting what we are - humans -
