The song is about a person who is overwhelmed by life itself and has difficulty dealing with daily challenges, while being at the lowest point this person can mentally be. Like being in a circle where you cant get out.

But just as there is an absolute low, there are also highs, and those highs have to be enough to get through it all, even if it seems hopeless and impossible at first, sometimes it’s the only chance to get through it all.

This lyrics should show that we never know how even the smallest thing can affect a person. Not everyone deals with certain problems in the same way and certainly not everyone is strong enough to overcome these situations on their own.
