BARREL

Founded in late 2020 by Robin (drums) and Thomas (guitar), BARREL evolved from basement jam sessions into a dynamic band. In summer 2022, Josie (vocals) joined, bringing powerful vocals and a background from the Pop Academy in Mannheim. This addition helped shape their unique sound, combining hard riffs, catchy melodies, and ballads.

In 2023, Marcel (guitar) replaced Florian (guitar), while Jegan’s bass added depth. BARREL began working on their first demo album, recorded and released gradually.

The band’s close connection to a local beer garden, their rehearsal and creative space, has influenced their Grunge-Core sound, blending metal, grunge and hard rock. BARREL is making a name for themselves in the regional music scene.
