Domenick DeGeorge

Classically trained until 12, I learned modern styles, accompaniment, and chord structures and theory in the Church in America, where I worked for more than 10 years. When I moved to Germany in 2011 I started a Boogie / Swing Trio "Hadiedo," who I'm still with today. Was happy to be asked to join the Max Meets Lenny Band in 2013. Recently had the pleasure of joining the Octopus Cover Band. I sit in with other bands whenever I get the chance, and enjoy laying keyboard tracks down in the studio for various projects.

After stumbling across the young master Cory Henry about two years ago, my whole idea of what it means to be a keyboarder changed ; every time I listen to something he plays I feel like I'm learning something new, which is not to say that I play like he does, only that he insp (...) Some other influences on my playing and sound - Donald Fagen : love those creative changes and songwriting. Brian Jackson : such a smooth soulful sound. Joe Sample : for me the standard of what a keyboarder should be... not flashy, understated, making every note and every chord meaningful. Weniger anzeigen
