Cursed Abyss

WELCOME TO THE ABYSS. A CURSED UNDERWORLD.

Born from the depths of northern Germany, CURSED ABYSS trace their origins back to the Wacken:Music:Camp — a unique creative forge founded in 2014, where young musicians meet, form bands, and bring their first songs to life. It was there, in 2022, that the members of CURSED ABYSS first crossed paths, discovering not only their shared passion for heavy music but also a bond that turned into true friendship. Within just one week at the camp, they wrote, professionally recorded, and performed their very first song, “New Era” — which now appears on their debut album. That experience marked the birth of the band’s identity and their drive to continue beyond the camp’s stage.

Fronted by a powerful female voice, CURSED ABYSS merge crushing deathcore, r (...) Mehr anzeigenelentless metalcore, raw hardcore energy, and elements of classic death metal into an overwhelming wall of sound.
Their debut album, Rot In Existence, released in early 2026, explores the tension between decay and rebirth — blending brutal breakdowns, melodic contrasts, and haunting atmospheres. From sheer aggression to fragile reflection, the record mirrors the emotional and sonic extremes that define the band.

Lyrically, CURSED ABYSS dive deep into existential and philosophical themes, confronting humanity’s self-destruction, moral decay, and the search for meaning in a collapsing world. Their songs balance visceral rage with thought-provoking reflection, serving as both an outcry and an awakening.

Rooted in creative unrest and existential depth, CURSED ABYSS breathe life into the darkness — turning chaos into catharsis and forging beauty within the void. Weniger anzeigen
