HSD is not as young as the age of some of it’s members might let you think. The band started in the middle of the 90’, and going through some personal differences and changes finally got to the point they’re at now in 2005-2006. The changing process within the band also influenced the style the guys wanted to play, which reflects the very different preferences of music every one of them is listening to. In 2002 they released their first full length album “no silence till change” on the Bulgarian label “Troskot records”. On this. the five first tried to generate a music that fits their personal approach to hardcore music best. The result is an interesting mixture of classical, powerful hardcore music elements and surprising melodic parts, all rounded off by the unique use of a saxophone. Th (...) In 2003 the second album, “shut up, be happy”, was recorded and released, after HSD had worked hard to improve their style. And now in 2005 the band tries to use the unique chance of releasing a split record with “misconduct”, which all of you will know very well. For this project with the title “building bridges” the guys from Austria contribute 4 songs which represent their, now matured way of making 21st century hardcore music.
