Oana

Oana started making her own music and to experiment arranging her songs with musicians from different backgrounds: jazz, blues , funk, fusion, classical. Her style is influenced by progressive-rock and 80´s pop-rock. The lyrics are generally based on her personal life experience, a big part of which is her family: mother, father and brother. Themes like sickness, love, friendship and sacrifice are often mentioned. Wrapped in different rhythmical changes and colored grooves, with contemporary dance moves, the live performances take on a theatrical, dramatic character.
