Aeon of Awareness wurde 2020 von Meta und Per mit einer klaren Vision gegründet: einen Sound zu erschaffen, der an die zeitlosen Helden des Melodic Death anknüpft, ohne die Offenheit gegenüber neuen Einflüssen zu verlieren. Unsere Musik ist tief verwurzelt im Erbe von Bands wie At The Gates, Be'lakor, Hypocrisy und Wolfheart und schöpft zugleich Kraft aus der Wucht des Old School Death Metal.

Was als Zwei-Mann-Projekt begann, entwickelte sich kontinuierlich zu einer vollwertigen Live-Besetzung. Das Line-up wurde ein Jahr später durch Stefan Roth am Schlagzeug verstärkt, dessen dynamisches Spiel zu einem Markenzeichen unseres Sounds geworden ist. Theo (Lumberhead) kam 2023 dazu und legt mit seinen massiven Basslinien das Fundament, währ (...) Mehr anzeigenend Erik (Better Way Out) kurze Zeit später die Reihen mit seiner Gitarrenarbeit komplettiert und frische Energie ins Projekt bringt.

Our music is deeply rooted in the legacy of bands like At The Gates, Be'lakor, Hypocrisy, and Wolfheart, while also drawing strength from the sheer force of Old School Death Metal.

What began as a two-man project has continuously evolved into a full-fledged live lineup. One year later, the lineup was strengthened by Stefan Roth on drums, whose dynamic playing has become a trademark of our sound. Theo (Lumberhead) joined in 2023, laying the foundation with his massive bass lines, while a short time later, Erik (Better Way Out) completed the ranks with his guitar work and brought fresh energy to the project.
