DEMONBREED

DEMONBREED ist aus der Asche der nach 16 Jahren aufgelösten Lay Down Rotten entstanden: Shouter Jost Kleinert und Drummer Timo Claas verbündeten sich mit den Urbesetzungsmitgliedern der seligen Lay Down Rotten, nämlich Daniel Jakobi und Johannes Pitz, um den Death Metal Underground ordentlich aufzumischen. Komplettiert wird das Line up mit Fernando Thielmann, der zusammen mit Daniel Jakobi auch bei den allseits bekannten Milking the Goatmachine zockt.
Doch Achtung! Bei DEMONBREED handelt es sich nicht um ein bloßes Projekt, sondern um eine Band, die sich anschickt fester Bestandteil der deutschen Metal-Landschaft zu werden und mit ihrer ersten Veröffentlichung „A Thousand Suns Will Rise“ in den Startlöchern steht: Old School Death Metal schwedischer Prägung mit diversen Einflüssen.

Rising from the ashes of the German Death Metal Squad Lay Down Rotten, that split up after 16 years, shouter Jost Kleinert and drummer Timo Claas joined forces with founding members Daniel Jakobi and Johannes Pitz to conquer the Death metal Underground with the brandnew DEMONBREED. Fernando Thielmann who is also a member of Milking the Goatmachine and Carnal Ghoul together with Jakobi and Pitz completes the line up.
DEMONBREED is not just a project but a band that is determined to become a vivid part of the Metal world starting with their first output „A Thousand Suns Will Rise“ which is a cross-breed of Swedish Old School Death Metal and a lot of more metal influences.
