Nothing of this is Real

The Copenhagen based duo 'Nothing of this is Real' arose from the ashes of the now former band 'Skywriter'. Skywriter released an album and singles in Denmark and Germany, on Iceberg Records, and toured in both countries.
The duo consist of singer and songwriter Jakob Dahn and bassplayer - and yet some - Morten Dalhoff.

The duo chose to keep working together after the break up of their former band, and the EP 'The Runner' - released 31/10 - 2011 - is the result of this ongoing collaboration.
The music resides in the darker end of the pop genre and stretches from the languorous to the grandiose, from the tender to the noisy. The songs have been recorded in 2011 in day and night-sessions at studios in Copenhagen. Now they are working on an album and concerts with a band in 2013.

The gentle (...) Mehr anzeigenmen of 'Nothing of this is Real' have know each other and been working together for ten years. With common experiences from developing tantrum in Swedish recording studios, breakfast at German autobahns, drinking in Hamburg and sleeping in vans.
