The Last Warning

Unflinchingly, Austrians THE LAST WARNING follow straight their musical path, since the band´s formation in 1999. After their first demo, In Case of Fire, in 2003, they managed to get a song on the sampler project called “All Freaks Sampler”. Based on the Sampler, THE LAST WARNING set off on the “All Freaks Tour” bringing their sound to stages in Switzerland and Germany. In 2004, the band signed with the Indie Label Ton 4 Records and produced its first album, Face 2 Face. The German Metal Hammer magazine called it, "a skillful thrashing", bringing the band's tour de force quite to the point. With Face 2 Face in the bag, the band played numerous club shows and small festivals, celebrated by the underground community. In 2006, the sequel, Chainbreaker, followed, also on Ton 4 Records, openin (...) Mehr anzeigeng up additional opportunities for the hungry musicians. Concerts extended to Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Slovakia and THE LAST WARNING shared stages with bands like “Maroon”, “Deadsoil”, “Machine Made God” and others. A milestone for the band was surely summer 2007 when they were invited as headliner for a tour in Indonesia. The musicians toured the islands of Java, Bali and Sumatra and played the "Headbangers in Hell" Festival and some club shows in Jakarta. Highlight of the tour was the huge Soundrenaline Festival in Padang (Sumatra) where THE LAST WARNING performed infront of more than 20.000 people as one of the headliners on the main stage. Back in Europe, the band played several shows in Austria and East Europe and started to write new songs. In Summer 2008 TLW was invited again for a Indonesia tour where they played in front of the biggest crowds in the band history (e.g. Pekanbaru 25.000, Medan 45.000 people). After the Tour, and with full motivation, the band went into the studio of guitar player Roland Sattler and produced their Album “Elegance of Bloodiness”. The album was release in October 2009 on the German label 7 Hard Records and the Band played shows in Central and Eastern Europe.
After “Elegance of Bloodiness”, the musicians recognized that they had reached a crossroad in their career and so the band started to search for a producer. The musicians decided to give the production into the hands of R.D. Liapakis who is producer and singer of “Mystic Prophecy” and “Devils Train” and who produced also the thrash metal heroes “Suicidal Angels”, or bands like “Firewind”, “Orden Organ”, “Crystal Tears” and many more. In February 2012 THE LAST WARNING entered the Music Factory Prophecy studios in Germany with R.D. Liapakis and sound engineer Christian Schmid to record the new Album. The result is really amazing, because the special music style of THE LAST WARNING (somewhere between “Groove”, “Thrash” and “Death Metal”) combined with the great production from the Team of the “Prophecy & Music Factory Studio” makes the album outstanding from the mass of middleclass music productions of today.
The good production opened more doors for the band. In January 2013 THE LAST WARNING signed a worldwide record deal with the well-known German Metal Label “Massacre Records” who is the home of metal monsters like “Illdisposed, Legion of the Damned, Atrocity” and much more.
