Bio/Info
NUNGARA was founded by the Brazilian vocalist/guitarist Noelle dos Anjos and drummer Murilo Frade in Berlin, in the summer of 2019. Noelle who had been playing guitar for a decade decided to learn how to sing and scream to become the vocalist of the band.
NUNGARA blends powerful death growls, soft eerie female vocals and heavy guitar riffs to create a groovy and mystical experience to the listener.
In January 2020, NUNGARA self-released their first single Sumauma, bringing attention to the horrific fires happening in the Amazon Rainforest.
