The songs, all written by Julian in collaboration with friends and other band members, display a huge variety of influences. This variety of influences, however, have not prevented the band from developing their own unmistakeable style. The Beatles' willingness to experiment, the Hollies' craft at harmony and melody, the country rock of Ryan Adams and the raw wildness of the early Who have all been combined to forge their sound.
