Baleful Abyss

Es begann im Jahre 2008 als ZOMBIESLUT mit groovigem, dreckigem Death Metal und tiefgestimmten Doom-Zutaten.
Wir verzichteten auf Melodieungetüme und hochkomplizierte Songstrukturen und konzentrierten uns auf das Wesentliche: es musste ordentlich rumpeln.
Die meisten Songs handelten von Splatter- und Horrorthemen. Zwei Alben, eine EP (Braineater, Undead Commando, Massive Lethal Flesh Recovery) und natürlich einige Shows später passten unsere musikalische Entwicklung und die Songthemen nicht mehr zum Bandnamen.
Während der Produktion des dritten Albums haben wir uns daher für einen obskuren und düsteren neuen Namen entschieden: BALEFUL ABYSS. Der Song bleibt derselbe und wir spielen massiven, doomlastigen Death Metal. Riskiert einen langen Blick in den schrecklichen Abgrund der menschlichen (...) Mehr anzeigen Seele.

We started in 2008 under the name of ZOMBIESLUT with groovy, dirty Death Metal and low-tuned Doom-ingredients.
There were no melodious monstrosities or highly complicated song-structures and we zoomed in on the essential: rumbling and grooving right into your face. The most songs concentrated on splatter- and horror themes. Two full-length albums, one EP (Braineater, Undead Commando, Massive Lethal Flesh Recovery) and of course a few shows later the development of our musical style and also the lyrical content didn’t fit to the band’s name anymore.
During the production of the third full-length we decided to turn to something more obscure and sinister: BALEFUL ABYSS. The song remains the same and we represent obscure, massive Death Metal. Take a long look into the baleful abyss of the human soul.
